I received my certification through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and founded Go To Bed Sleepyhead to provide thoughtful, practical sleep support for families struggling to get the rest they need.

My process isn’t designed to just get you through a rough phase, it’s designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to manage sleep on your own through every stage of your child’s development, long after our work together is done.
My Goal
My approach to sleep is simple: every child and every family is different, so every sleep routine is different too. While my core techniques remain the same, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. As a result, I create practical, personalized sleep plans that work with your child’s temperament and your family’s routine.
My Approach
Sam is truly amazing! Before working together, our little one was waking up every few hours in the night and hated napping in his crib.
